What is Cazual?

Cazual is a South African link-in-bio and mini-site platform that lets creators, musicians, and businesses consolidate links, sell products or services, and track engagement in one place.

Who can use Cazual?

Anyone with a valid email address and the legal capacity to enter into agreements in South Africa. International audiences can still view your profile pages.

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign-in page. We’ll email you a time-limited reset link and revoke active sessions once your password changes.

What plans are available?

Free includes a custom cazual.co.za URL and basic analytics. Pro unlocks unlimited links, advanced analytics, and verified status. Business adds commerce modules, PayFast integration, and priority support.

Which payments are supported?

We integrate with PayFast so you can accept card, SnapScan, Instant EFT, and other local methods. You can also connect your own PayFast account for direct payouts.

Do you support Google Analytics?

Yes. Add your Google Analytics Measurement ID via environment variables to track page views alongside our built-in analytics.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. From Dashboard → Settings → Data Management you can export JSON data or permanently delete your account. Deletions cannot be undone.

How do I contact support?

Email support@cazual.co.za or use the in-app help widget. Business plan customers receive priority responses.
